Polarizability of double circle (double 2D sphere)
This applet calculates the normalized (divided by volume and
permittivity of empty space) polarizability of a two-dimensional
dielectric double sphere (double circle) having relative permittivity
e and distance between the centers of the circles
d. Note that the result is valid for the transversal
polarizability of aligned infinitely long circular cylinders. The
digits shown are correct.
