Polarizability of dielectric torus
This applet calculates the normalized (divided by volume and
permittivity of free space) polarizability of the dielectric torus
having the relative permittivity e and the ratio between the
ring radius and the circular cross section radius is R/r. Note
that the polarizability is uniaxially anisotropic. The digits shown are
correct.
